My husband and I had joint sessions with Owen and from day one he took time to understand our fitness goals, current limitations and lifestyle, and built a personalised plan that accommodated us both and was nicely challenging whilst also achievable. Owen was great at observing us closely, correcting our technique and knowing when to encourage us to go further or to pull back. He was reliable and punctual throughout the course of our sessions and was also highly knowledgeable and we’d often have a new titbit of information to take away from the sessions. Owen is very professional in his approach and dedicated to what he does and I have no hesitation in recommending him as a personal trainer.

Having never been a confident or committed gym goer I started my training journey with Owen with low expectations of my commitment and outcomes. Owen was so helpful in guiding me through each exercise in our programme and showing me how all the equipment works and how best to perform movements. Over a three month period I gained confidence in using the gym and changed my physique putting on about 3 kilos in muscle and improving my strength and posture. Owen was great at pushing me to try a bit more to beat my personal bests, I certainly achieved more than I thought I would by the end of our training sessions together.

I’ve been training with Owen for 12 weeks now, and honestly, the difference is unreal. Before starting, I was really intimidated by the gym, especially the weights section—I’d usually avoid it altogether. But Owen made me feel comfortable and confident from day one. He broke everything down in a way that made sense and really helped build my confidence. I wasn’t very strong when I first started, but now I’m lifting weights I could barely budge before! Seeing that progress has been amazing, and it’s all thanks to his guidance. Plus, having regular sessions kept me accountable, which is exactly what I needed to stay consistent. If you're on the fence or feel nervous about getting started in the gym, I can’t recommend Owen enough!
