I make content on how to optimise your life.

 

I am an Architecture graduate from the UK, who is currently on the path of self-discovery. Currently working as a Personal trainer and HYROX Coach in the gym.

Still unsure of what I want to do, but from being a guitar teacher to making informative videos to assisting clients to reach their dream physique, I know I love helping people.

 

This small corner is where I document and share things I have learnt on this journey, ultimately hoping that it can help a few like minded individuals or people in similar situations :)
