My husband and I had joint sessions with Owen and from day one he took time to understand our fitness goals, current limitations and lifestyle, and built a personalised plan that accommodated us both and was nicely challenging whilst also achievable. Owen was great at observing us closely, correcting our technique and knowing when to encourage us to go further or to pull back. He was reliable and punctual throughout the course of our sessions and was also highly knowledgeable and we’d often have a new titbit of information to take away from the sessions.
